It allows users to easily access the basic functions of Redmine Web version, such as creating and updating issues. The app also supports adding and displaying attached files in other applications like Safari, GoodReader, Dropbox, Evernote, and Mail. It offers various search functions, including keyword search, IssueID search, WatchList, and Custom Query. Additionally, the app supports Redmine multi-accounts.

For troubleshooting common issues with connecting to the Redmine server or outdated data for User, Version, Category, etc., the app provides FAQs with clear instructions on how to resolve these problems. It also addresses the issue of Backlogs plugin failure and suggests changing to the newest version to display issues properly.

Redmine is a flexible project management web application written using the Ruby on Rails framework.
